Dear Maintainer,
xul-https-everywhere has released 4.0.3. Could you please update to
it. The software was released on 2015-01-22 and these were the changes
according to https://www.eff.org/files/Changelog.txt

Firefox 4.0.3 / Chrome-2015.01.22 (2015-01-22)
  * Ruleset updates.
  * Update SSL Observatory code to match Firefox API changes in hashing.
  * Bring code in line with guidelines for addons.mozilla.org.

Looking forward to seeing the new version of xul-ext-https-everywhere.
