I’m not able to reproduce such issue, unless I explicitly set Flashblock
preferences to “Block HTML5 video as well”, can you please check your
preferences? “grep flashblock ~/.mozilla/firefox/*.default/prefs.js”
should yield “user_pref("flashblock.html5video.blocked", false);”.

Please note that HTML5 video are blocked by default (i.e., until
explicitly the related preference is unset).
