It is there too:
https://gitweb.torproject.org/https-everywhere.git/tag/?id=5.1.1
On https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere/development they only
mention github as repository, but mention both tor and github for
bugtracking.
And on github you then see:
The official Github mirror of the HTTPS Everywhere repository at
https://gitweb.torproject.org/https-everywhere.git. You can send
pull requests here. https://eff.org/https-everywhere
So it'a a "github mirror", so I assume github is really the
official one? Or maybe they really meant "git mirror", in which
case they should update their website. In any case it could use
some clarification.
