[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Itent bring foxyproxy in the Debian Mozilla Extension Maintainers team

Hi Georg, Yaroslav,

foxyproxy in Debian is pretty outdated, so I’d like to take the
opportunity of team maintaining it under the Debian Mozilla Extension
Maintainers umbrella.

Unless someone objects, I intend to move forward as soon as I have some
time to spare on it.
