[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#811332: dh_xul-ext: drop support for Iceape

Hello,

dh_xul-ext still adds Iceape to ${xpi:Depends}.  Iceape is no longer
available in Debian, so this generates debcheck errors.

I've made an attempt to remove it in the branch drop-iceape of the
mozilla-devscripts repository on alioth [1].  Please consider merging
this.
