[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#827517: xul-ext-ublock-origin: Missing icons in uBlock's popup UI

If I install upstream version from the addons menu, it works fine, so there is
something missing in the debian version

also, I have follow the troubleshooting, but it does not fix it
