[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#818041: xul-ext-cookie-monster: toolbar icon is broken in 2nd/4th/6th/etc firefox-esr windows

With the switch from iceweasel to firefox in Debian, the toolbar icon
is broken in 2nd/4th/6th/etc windows and can't be clicked on. In the
1st/3rd/5th/etc windows it appears to work fine. I noticed these
messages on the console:
