[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#890729: webext-browserpass: depend on firefox-esr in addition to firefox and chromium

firefox is only available in Debian unstable, so the binary package
webext-browserpass should recommend firefox-esr for users of buster,
stretch and jessie, which all contain versions of Firefox 52.
