>> Hi,
>> in mozilla-noscript, I use ${xpi:Depends} in
      debian/control, and it's filled to:
>> iceweasel (>= 3.0) | iceape (>= 2.0) |
      xulrunner-1.9.1 | xulrunner-1.9.2
>> by dh_xul-ext
>>
>> As iceape depends on iceape-browser and
      iceape-mailnews, I received bug
>> #616287 asking to depend on iceape-browser to avoid
      installing iceape-mailnews
>> just to use noscript.
>>
>> This makes some sense, but I did not find a way to
      achieve this with
>> mozilla-devscripts. Do you have any thought about this
      issue ? Should I better
>> leave iceape, or should I "hardcore" Depends field ?
>
> xul-app-data.csv needs to be updated for that change, but
      there is a
> problem that we need to solve: When should we use
      iceape-browser instead
> of iceape and when should we use iceape-mailnews instead of
      iceape?
>

It seems unusual that someone would want iceape-browser without
iceape-mailnews as it's meant to be a suite, but presumably,
    anything
that also depends on iceweasel should have a depends on
    iceape-browser
and anything that depends on icedove should have a depends on
iceape-mailnews.
