[Pkg-mpd-maintainers] Bug#738313: START_MPD=false is lost on upgrade to systemd

If the user has configured mpd not to start, on upgrade to systemd
this configuration is lost, since mpd provides a systemd service file
which does not look at /etc/default/mpd
