[Pkg-mpd-maintainers] Bug#769951: mpd: `update-rc.d mpd disable' is not enough to be able to run mpd as normal user

Dear Maintainer,

By default, mpd service is run at boot. To be able to run it as normal user and
configure it through ~/.config/mpd, I disabled it :

  update-rc.d mpd disable

After reboot, this is enough to prevent mpd from starting, but somehow not to
keep port 6600 free. When I run mpd as normal user, I get :

  socket: Failed to bind to '127.0.0.1:6600': Address already in use

The command 

  service mpd stop

fixes it, even though mpd does not seem to be running. This is similar to a
problem reported on the crunchbang forum[1].
