there was talk about developing the PTS teams feature into something
that could be used as the package maintainer address. I think there has
been progress, but I'm not sure it's done?

AFAIK the alioth-lists admins set out to provide their service "for one
or two releases" depending on the development of alternatives; did I
miss communications from them about the future of their service, or has
it been decided that lists.d.o is the way to go? (I'm not usually
following d-devel, so I'd be glad for pointers)
