At first I thought quite like Florian that it could be safer to keep
0.20 in buster. But I only had a quick look at the 0.21 release, not
even got time to play with. I might have overlooked the protocol changes
for instance.

Then 0.20 being unmaintained from now on and the fact that protocol
changes are backward compatible I believe shipping 0.21 in buster is
probably a better trade-off.

Even if debian ship a "not stabilize enough" 0.21 release in buster,
this branch is at least maintained upstream and it will be easier to
backport patches for the version buster got freeze with (IMHO, I'm not a
DD). Again, I think it's probably a better trade-off.
