I started working on it in October, and noticed that some of the new
features need an up-to-date libmpdclient, otherwise the build succeeds
but the feature is just not available. So I've got everything ready
here, but I'm waiting for libmpdclient 2.16 to enter unstable on all
architectures before uploading (probably next week). I've pushed my
commits so that this becomes visible...
