[Pkg-mpd-maintainers] ncmpc: Proposed-update

Hi all,

I prepared a stretch/proposed-update upload for ncmpc fixing CVE-2018-9240 [0].
The code is in stretch-pu ref on salsa [1]

Could someone upload it to stable?

I'm also a DM with upload rights (currently on mpd-sima & python-musicpd), if a DD wants
to grant me upload rights on ncmpc, I'll be glad to upload it myself :)
