Hi kaliko,

that scan-copyrights seems to be a useful tool, thanks for the pointer!

I've found yet another copyright-holder missing, and restructured the
entire d/copyright to make it shorter and not list that many files -
although it may have become a little more complex...

So I'm done rewriting README.Debian, recommending the systemd user
service with pulseaudio but leaving the default as-is. Also, I decided
to no longer install mpd.desktop but leave it around if it's already
there as well as provide it in /usr/share/doc in case somebody needs it.

I left updating /etc/mpd.conf for the next upload, when your patches
have been included upstream. I think we can remove the sections for
qobuz and tidal, and perhaps add one for wildmidi that disables the
plugin?
