[Pkg-mpd-maintainers] ncmpc 0.45

Hi !

I've updated ncmpc with upstream v0.45.

It fixes a couple of bugs.
Improvements in the lyrics plugin require a new dependency on python3-unidecode.
Some new source files triggered an update of d/copyright.

These are no major changes (even though there are 2 version bumps), IMHO it's fine to 
upload this version while we are in soft freeze. Could someone (Florian? :)) review and 
potentially push?
