[Pkg-mpd-maintainers] MPD 0.22.4

Hi,

I had a look at v0.22.4, hoping we can make it for bullseye :) (soft freeze Feb-12).

Here is an overview of upstream changes:

There are no major changes. I spotted 4 new files (git diff --name-only --diff-filter=A 
v0.22.3 v0.22.4), no deletion:

No licence header:
     python/build/libs.py

GPL-2 / The Music Player Daemon Project:
    src/db/plugins/simple/ExportedSong.hxx
    src/lib/ffmpeg/DetectFilterFormat.cxx
    src/lib/ffmpeg/DetectFilterFormat.hxx

All 3 src/ files are already covered by d/copyright (correct me if I'm wrong).

I've updated copyright years s/2020/2021/ when relevant.

I've updated debian/mpd.conf with latest upstream changes.
