Hi all!

Could someone please have a look and upload latest ncmpc 0.43.

It fixes a recently opened bug #981152 [0], not RC, it could be nice to ship this 
release in bullseye though.

This release re-introduce a lyrics plug-in (new one requiring python3 instead of ruby).
I updated the copyright (years and new|deleted files).
