you're welcome! Thanks for all you work on mpd and clients.

Just one thing: I think you should prepare everything including
d/changelog to the point that I can just build and upload the current
git master branch. However you should not tag the release before the
actual upload has been made, just in case something comes up and I need
to add another commit before doing the upload and then the tag would
point to the wrong commit. Also, I think it's nice to document in git
(and not just on tracker.d.o) who was responsible for the upload,
especially when that's different from the person doing all the packaging
work.

So I've just force-pushed a signed release tag, and immediately wondered
whether that was really a good idea or just causes pain for other people
who have checked out or maintain a fork of the repo somewhere. I think
there was a time when signed tags would just supersede unsigned tags,
but that may no longer be the case...
