[Pkg-mpd-maintainers] MPD 0.23.2

Hi all, Florian

I pushed latest MPD release 0.23.2 to salsa.
No major changes so far, meson 0.56 and new libfmt build-dep mainly.

I also updated d/copyrigh. There was ~60 new files since 0.22.10 (and a few removals).
I made a careful review of headers and d/copyright, but it could not hurt if someone else have a look (even not exhaustive).
I tried to maintain the diff as readable as possible.
Florian I did not pushed that to salsa yet in case you want to have a look:

debian/mpd.conf might need some editing, I have not yet looked at upstream changes.
