thanks for taking the lead in packaging the new major version!
Hopefully I can find some time tomorrow night or so to look at the upstream
diff as well. There's no need to hold off pushing changes you feel are
sensible directly to the main salsa repo (I will review all changes
before dput); your d/copyright diff actually looks fairly nice at first
glance :-)

Regarding libpipewire, my feeling is that it's something we will
definitely want to have in the long term, so we might as well enable it
straight away. Have you had a chance to actually try it out?
