I had a look at the library responsible, ie. audiofile [0], it looks 
quite abandoned upstream (last commit 30 Aug 2016).

I don't see any audio file format provided by audiofile which is not 
supported by at least another decoder plugin.

I also had a talk with Max (upstream dev) and he agreed that disabling 
audiofile in Debian build should be fine.

I think then we should simply disable audiofile in d/rules.

I'll try to push this change soon, together with 0.23.6 new release, 
hopefully before autoremoval occurs (9 may).
