[Pkg-mpd-maintainers] MPD 0.24

Hi All _o/

I had a quick chat with upstream regarding 0.24[0] maturity and it appears
0.24 branch is in good shape. I believe we should upload it to testing
before the soft freeze to have it in trixie.

We will have time to fix potential issues before the full freeze.

What do you think?
