Dear Maintainer,

The snapcast plugin is not binding to a port when activated.
>From my mpd.conf:

audio_output {
        type    "snapcast"
        name    "Snapcast"

}

The commented lines represent the defaults, but I still see no binding even when those lines are declared with any value.
