Dear Maintainer,

Upgrading to Perl 5.18.1-3 in Testing broke MovableType's Dashboard view.

Four of the Perl files in /usr/share/perl5/MT/Template/Tags contain a syntax error that
earlier versions of Perl evidently liked just fine.  This issue cases an error message 
to be displayed instead of many of the administrative pages, including the "Create New Entry" 
page.

The attached patch fixes the problem for me.  I am no Perl expert, so I don't claim this fix
is optimal, and I've done only minimal testing so I can't state that there are no other problems.
