 Sam Hocevar had a look at VXL and saw that libvo is used in a small
 numnber of places; he wasn't able to tell whether it would be easy or
 not to do without it.  libvo could be shipped as a new binary package,
 but it's usefulness would be dubious and this would require some work;
 we'd recommend to check whether you can package VXL without it: perhaps
 VXL's upstream would consider not depending on libvo?

 If it turns out that VXL strongly needs libvo, please ping this bug and
 we'll work with upstream to properly ship it.
