vlc: XSPF relative URIs bug

Dear vlc maintainers,

I've found a bug when resolving locations in XSPF playlists. It's
reported upstream as bug #1244. I've got further information using 0.9.0
version but I'm unable to get the trac account activated.

I'd appreciate if you could contact upstream or if you'd want me to send
this information to you, perhaps through the BTS, though the code is
different in Debian's 0.8.6.
