Bug#224195: quicktime4linux-utils: patch to add frame count option to dechunk

Dear Marques,

about 4 years ago you posted a wishlist bug against the
quicktime4linux-utils (now: quicktime-utils) package in the Debian BTS.
You asked for a frame count option for the dechunk utility and provided
a patch as well.

Now I would like to know ig there is still the demand for this feature
or if I can close the bug safely with tag 'wontfix'.
