libquicktime transition

Dear pkg-multimedia Team-Mates,

I finally prepared the libquicktime packages for the transition from
experimental to unstable and now need someone to review the packages and
sponsor the upload.

I decided to remove the 02-install-in-libquicktime1 patch and
conflict/repace against libquicktime0 instead. In my opinion there is no
need to support parallel installing with the obsolete library anyway.

Please tell me your opinion and help me fix issues - or upload if
appropriate. This is my first library transition... ;)
