Bug#404361: vlc: bug still present

Hello,

I upgraded stable's vlc to unstable because I'm in an xdmcp environment, 
and the bug is present in 0.8.6.a.debian-6 :

X Error of failed request:  BadAccess (attempt to access private 
resource denied)
  Major opcode of failed request:  147 (MIT-SHM)
  Minor opcode of failed request:  1 (X_ShmAttach)
  Serial number of failed request:  43
  Current serial number in output stream:  44

and vlc crashes. This happens whenever I try to play something.
