libquicktime transition

have you read bug #391849?

I've done it and build failed (same as last time before etch release).

filehandler.cc: In member function 'virtual off_t QtHandler::GetFileSize()':
filehandler.cc:877: error: invalid use of undefined type 'struct quicktime_s'
/usr/include/lqt/quicktime.h:300: error: forward declaration of 'struct quicktime_s'
make[1]: *** [filehandler.o] Fehler 1

"struct quicktime_s" in quicktime.h is not defined.
Please fix this before you upload to unstable.
