VLC 0.8.6b and x264

Hello,

I patched vlc to be installable again on my system (dropping x264
depend) and while I was at it, I built the latest release on
videolan.org. Here is my changelog:

 * New upstream release.
 * Drop patch 105_audio_format_crash merged upstream.
 * Drop patch 106_xshm_check merged upstream.
 * Refresh patches.
 * Drop libx264 dependancy.
 * Install codec/libtelx_plugin.so.

Hoping this will be useful to somebody else here is the diff from
pkg-multimedia svn.
