Bug#508067: vlc: Lack of documentation concerning file logging facility

File logging facility is meant to be activated by the "--logfile <log_file>".
Actually logging will only work with the option "--file-logging" add to the
previous one. This option is *not mention anywhere* in the documentation I came
across, ie. manual, command line help (either "vlc --help" or "vlc -longhelp" )
and website (mention in the manual http://www.videolan.org/doc/).

Please complete help file provided with vlc.
