Bug#488771: vlc: podcast support?? the package description claims: "no way"

As discussed at
http://tech.slashdot.org/comments.pl?sid=595621&cid=23947081 ,
the VLC package description is said to not announce any podcast support,
which is quite a usability annoyance.

I haven't tried VLC podcast functionality myself (I'm merely intending
to nail this usability bug), however at least
https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/254
strongly indicates VLC podcast support.

Well... disappointing search result, which seems to confirm
the Slashdot posting claim.


Intentionally _not_ using severity "wishlist" since this is a problematic
description omission of a core/distinct feature of this package IMHO
and thus should best be fixed in a timely manner.

OK, "podcast" probably is more of a marketing term than a protocol term,
but this is exactly what mere mortals would search for, thus it should
be added to the description.
