Because it will FTBFS. The version of ffmpeg we currently have is broken
when using '--enable-shared' without '--disable-mmx' on i386 because gcc
runs out of available registers. the cmov flavor is i386 specific. On
the other platform that support mmx (amd64) gcc has enough registers to
allocate.

I remember we used to have some patches for that in stable, but we
removed them because we failed to port them.
