Hi Christophe,

thanks for looking at the bug report and marking it fixed upstream.
As this seems to indicate that the bug actually is valid, I am  
raising the severity as described in the original submission.
In order to address as many of the bugs blocking the switch to  
python2.5 as default as possible before/during the BSP announced in  
the latest release update[1], scheduled next weekend, it would be  
nice to know whether you intend to upload this quickly or if you  
could provide information about upstream's fix so we can NMU vlc.
