Enable faad support in ffmpeg/experimental

Thanks for the invitation! ;)

However, unfortunately I won't find time until next week. I will have 
visitors at home over the weekend and it is allways problematic to 
deal with such huge off-topic projects here at work.

To make one thing clear: I am somewhat experienced as a maintainer 
when it comes to *packaging*. I am not a passionate C-coder and I 
personally do not feel capable of maintaining the code base of such a 
both complex and important library package like ffmpeg.

This makes sense definitely, but for one detail: If upstream breaks 
ABI without changing soname we should *kick* them i.t.a. instead of 
asking. ;)
