Enable faad support in ffmpeg/experimental

According to the header files in the lib*/ directories (grep -r 
'LIB.*_VERSION ' `find -name '*.h'`) , the following SONAMES seem to 
be correct:

libavcodec51
libavdevice52
libavformat52
libavutil49
libpostproc51
libswscale0

You'll find it in debian/rules as soon as I commit my changes. I'd 
like to clarify the SONAME issue first.
