Enable faad support in ffmpeg/experimental

So you suggest that I 'svn rm' the destination, and then 'svn cp' it
over? Wouldn't be a 'svn rm && svn mv' better?

And what about existing checkouts? Do they 'svn update' cleanly, or is
there manual interaction necessary?
