Tidy up tarballs/ directory in SVN

Done.

The directory can be found on alioth in
/var/lib/gforge/chroot/home/groups/pkg-multimedia/htdocs/tarballs and is
group writeable. I've done this by checking out
file:///svn/pkg-multimedia/tarballs before 'svn rm'-ing it from our repository.
