Bug#481417: vlc: h264 not working

Followup-For: Bug #481417

Trying to open MP4 or AVI files containing h264 video
results in playback, but no image is shown, i.e. vlc
behaves as if it was audio only and only plays back
the audio stream component.
It does, however, provide information on the file
and properly tells about embedded AVC video data.
