Yes, the existing Conflicts and Replaces are superfluous. Though oldstable has 
0.101 and we conflict against << 0.102. Upgrades skipping releases are not 
supported, so I have just removed them.

Now the question is wether we upload this package, or backport the changes to 
the current package in the archive, to not tie the transition with other 
potential bugs.
