next mplayer upload

Hi Andrea, hi pkg-multimedia!

I think I'm ready with packaging the 1.0rc3 packaging. If someone could
review my change, that would be great.

I've also removeed the debconf handling from the mplayer package, and
completely rely on dpkg's conffile handling. This will always trigger a
dpkg conffile change, which is probably not that desireable. Perhaps
we can introduce a preinst script that checks for some generated
mplayer.conf files and removes them to avoid the conffile warnings.

I'd like to upload it rather soon to finally get working mipen builds in
the archive.
