vlc oldstable update

I'm starting to look at it.

My first step would be to look at the patches present in the lenny
package and see if they apply without too much change.

Second step will be loking at the cve between the package in etch and
vlc 0.8.6.h upstream. those ones will depends how easy it is to track
a commit or patch
