Bug#509619: flac: Incorrect translation of a package details

Hi Russia,

there is bug #509619 filed against the FLAC package about the Russian 
translation of the package description. Since I as the package 
maintainer have no influence on the translations of the package 
decriptions, I'd like to ask you to adopt the recommended changes in 
this bug report and close it afterwards.
