sponsor for audacity 1.3.8-1 (experimental)

Hi,

audacity 1.3.8-1 is ready for uploading it to experimental. Due to the
fact, that audacity does not support ffmpeg 0.5 this release targets
experimental instead of unstable. Is there a DD who wants to upload it?

I have uploaded to mentors, too. The respective dsc file can be found
