Thanks for the quick fix, Andres!

However, shouldn't we completely remove the check for ffmpeg-debian in 
debian/confflags and leave "FLAVORS := static shared" for the master 
branch and "FLAVORS := shared" for master.extra? Also, there is still 
a reference to internalencoders in debian/confflags:68.

And my enabling of the Dirac codec also didn't make it into this 
upload... :/
