Including translations in packages

There is a lintian warning, that you can enable by running lintian 
with the -I flag: 
<http://lintian.debian.org/tags/arch-dep-package-has-big-usr-share.html>

I'd say if /usr/share is >= 50% of the package size, it is reasonable 
to put it in a separate package.
