Oh, I didn't know the ffmpeg libraries are dlopened, I believed 
audacity is actually linked against them.

No, not checked yet. This was on my schedule post-Lenny.

If audacity really dlopens, I think we should at least recommend the 
ffmpeg libs. If if links against them, well, we'd have depends anyway.
